The QT4-15 Slope Protection block making machine is a hydraulically driven, universal block machine renowned for its exceptional performance and remarkable flexibility. The fully automatic QT4-15 cement brick making machine comes equipped with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller),which offers intelligent control.
The machine's control system features SIEMENSor MITSUBISHI PLCs,along with a production program, fault diagnosis system, and remote control functionality, ensuring ease of operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine is equipped with a basic face-mix device, which allows for the creation of double-layer paving stones by simply swapping out the mold.
Advanced Vibration System
The robust hang vibration table is designed to withstand intense vibrations without damage or cracks. Mounted on rubber springs, it significantly reduces noise by approximately 10-15 decibels and prevents machine damage.
The vertical vibrations generated by the eccentric vibration shaft ensure superior quality and density of concrete products.
