Brief Introduction
The QT4-15 Slope Protection block making machine stands out for its hydraulic operation and universal application. This sophisticated QT4-15 Cement brick making machine is fully automatic and operates using a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for intelligent control.
The advanced control system of this brick making machine is equipped with SIEMENS or MITSUBISHI PLC, including a production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control functionality, ensuring easy operation and maintenance.
The main forming machine comes with a basic Face-mix device, enabling the production of double-layer paving stones by simply changing the mold.
Vibration System
The hang vibration table can endure intense vibration without damage or cracking. Placed on a rubber spring, it significantly reduces noise by about 10 to 15 decibels, thus preventing damage to the machine.
The vertical vibration induced by the eccentric vibration shaft ensures superior quality and density of concrete products.
Strong Frame Structure
The main machine boasts a movable beam, high-strength steel structure, and four oriented pillars with an adjustable elevating frame for easy mold height adjustments. The guide column, made from super strength steel with a chromium-plated surface, offers exceptional strength and wear resistance.
Hydraulic System
Utilizing renowned brand Yuken, the hydraulic components feature high-dynamic proportional and directional valves, which automatically regulate oil flow and pressure to match specific working
requirements. This adjustment of hydraulic pressure and flow controls the vibration frequency and range, thereby modifying the forming cycle time according to the different concrete products being produced.
